- Signal Data: Client-provided files (e.g., CSVs with leads) that we process for enrichment. These files are deleted after processing.
- Enriched Data: Information created by our platform (e.g., company intelligence, firmographics) which may be stored as part of our system.
2. How We Use Data
We use collected data to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Channeled platform
- Enrich, process, and deliver insights on leads
- Maintain account access and security
- Understand usage patterns and improve performance
- Communicate with you about updates, support, or services
3. Data Sharing
- We do not sell or share client data with third parties.
- Client files are processed and then deleted.
- We use trusted third-party providers (e.g., Google Cloud, analytics tools) to help run our platform, but data remains within our control.
4. Data Retention
- User Data: Retained while you are a client. Deleted within 90 days after termination of contract or account closure.
- Uploaded Files: Deleted immediately after processing.
- Enriched Data: Retained as part of our global system to provide ongoing insights.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location (e.g., EU, UK, California), you may have the right to:
- Request access to your data
- Request correction or deletion
- Request data export (portability)
- Object to certain uses of your data
