Welcome to Channeled Technologies LLC (“Channeled”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our AI-powered channel sales automation platform (“Platform”). By using Channeled, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
1. Who We Serve
Channeled is designed for business-to-business (B2B) clients only. By signing up, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business entity.
2. Accounts & Access
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- We may suspend or restrict access if accounts are misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Pricing and payment terms are defined in your contract with us.
- We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of payment. After this period, fees are non-refundable.
4. Data Ownership
- Client Data: You retain ownership of the raw data and content you provide (e.g., uploaded signal files).
- Enriched Data: We retain ownership of enriched or derived data generated by Channeled, as it feeds into our global intelligence system.
Uploaded files are processed and deleted after use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Share your account outside your organization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
- Upload data you don't have the right to share.
6. Service Availability & Liability
- We aim to provide reliable services, but availability is not guaranteed.
- Channeled is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions.
7. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Platform or email. Continued use of Channeled means you accept the updated Terms.
